Generally if you bring in your prior year tax return and all your tax forms you got in the mail you will be fine. These forms come from former employers, banks, finance companies, Colleges, Universities, and sometime lawyers.
PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR EACH FAMILY MEMBER:

• Date of Birth
• Social Security Card /ITIN/ATIN
• Last Year’s Tax Return
• Valid Driver’s License
INCOME AND TAX INFORMATION:

• Interest (1099-INT or substitute)
